Consumer loan - SEB

I was the lead designer for a redesign of a loan service for one of Sweden’s largest banks.

My work focused on creating an improved user flow based on user research and business needs. I collaborated closely in a cross-functional team, including developers, product owners, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment throughout the project.

Additionally, I conducted usability testing with our users to validate design decisions and iterate on the solution. The result was a more intuitive and user-friendly experience that better supported customers in managing their loans.
